thanks i found multi Disc hiding in the users filters. i just didn't see it earlier :S Few questions: - There are a few titles that's showing up twice. any idea why? example: Advance Warfare, Call of Duty Ghosts and a few others. some games have multiple player in disc 1 and single player in disc 2. would it be the reason? - thanks for the subtitles info. it seems i can't see the end of the path when it's too long. is there a trick to see the whole path. - Some covers are not showing up (No Cover). is that normal? i thought jqu360 tranferred to xboxUnity. wouldnt that mean the entire data base with cover collection? - Some Games play out of DVD 1 and some out of DVD 2. is there a way to customize the list. or is it always about filters!

thanks. issue resolved once i got my xboxunity log in sorted out. many of the covers are visible now. now all of them though! you commented on another post of mine that there are scripts to hide multi disc entries. I checked the skins and scripts section. can't find it. do you have it saved anywhere? i still have several game entries called DVD1, DVD2, DISC1, etc and i have many games showing up twice. usually one with cover and one without. i am going to put in the suggestions page on Aurora to add displaying folder location of a game entry. in FSD, i click the game, hit details. and delete. i could see the folder path. thanks.

issue one is resolved. i had a controller charging and assigned number 1. as soon as i disconnected it and turned it off. got my controller to become #1. keyboard works again.

hello, i just installed Aurora, looks great so far. trying to get used to it. i am facing 2 issues, i can't entermy username and password into the Unity section. the keyboard opens up, but i can't click anything. only action available is closing the kjeyboard by pressing the guide button. unless i fix this, i won't have any covers. i don\t think this is an Aurora issue though.. i tried using keyboard on xbox official settings, it works. i tried typing info in FSD and Aurora, keyboard doesn't respond. what do you guys think is happening. issue 2: i am guessing this is related to how the folder name Disc or DVD is spelled. some games show up on my List in this format: Game Name Disc 1 Game name Disc 2 some show up like this, i would have to open it to figure out what it is.: Disk1 or DVD1 or Disc1. i noticed none is called Disc 1, so i am guessing i should follow this format. HOWEVER, more pain. my games names are = folder name. not the name in the Media ID (or whatever method is used to get the name in FSD). is this because i have no unity username and password. i don't need to see my games in this format: Deadpool.XBOX360-RegionFree-PAL etc. thanks.

Hi i was quick on making a judgment, my bad i have been doing reading on scripts and other stuff. very interesting indeed can't get any covers downloaded though , need to do Some more reading. thanks for all the support

hmm, aurora doesn't view games into XBLA and 360 games categories properly. i have to use filters which doesn't work well so back to FSD. i delete the gamedata folder. things seem to have stabalized, now, on both aurora and fsd, keyboard to enter xboxunity or jqu360 credentials doesn\t work. i highlight username, keyboard opens up, but can't type with it. only way to close the keyboard is by pressing the Guide button. i have googled all over the place. can't see to find anyone discussing this issue.

Hi, i usually keep both DVD 1 and DVD 2 folder. i have only had to worry about installation for 2 games. fary cry 4 is one of them. where i had to move the contents of the folder installation1 into the main folder. delete default.xex (the 1 MB file), then rename game.xex to default.xex (the 13MB file). and it wasn't even a 2 disc game., what annoys me though, in FSD, i end up with 2 game entries in the game list, one per disc folder. in Aurora it's worse. i have games called Disc 1, Disc 2, DVD 1, etc. if i was going to stick with Aurora, i clearly need to get rid of the disc structure of the games. that question is how? do i just merge the 2 folders. most of my games were extracted using iso extract tools. i have a few extracted using iso2GOD. cheers

thanks for the suggestion. i have been away from all this for to olong. i lost track. new job and all. i didn't even know about Aurora. i'll check it out. i know FSD team is gone and we won't be getting any updates. i guess it's time to move on

Hello All, i am trying to figure out what each folder in FSD stores. so far i know /databses/content.db is the game list that is built after pathing. /databses/settings.db obvious i am mainly trying to understand what's in GameData/000000001 and 000000002, etc the problem i am facing now came after wiping the content.db, i deleted the file to fix the pathing that was all messed up. now i am facing a new issue. all covers are a mess. specifically in the XBLA section. 640 games 80% have the wrong covers. i waited for my box to download all the covers (over 8k files, including 30 screenshots per title). but the covers are a mess. and with that comes a lot of crashes. if i try to manually refresh artwork. there is a 90% chance my freestyle will freeze. your input and help is appreciated.

yup. you can't go over 2 TB it seems. everything works fine now. i got the read light because i copied a test game onto the main folder. i guess having a default.xex was a big nono on an unsupported drive. once i passed the red light issue by moving the game. i copied 100 GB to the drive and tried to run the game. ended up with the error. game cannot load. did some research and found out. working around FSD seeing your HD doesn't mean it will run the games. in summary. i wasted 150$ on a drive i can't use on my XBOX. going to try exchange it with a 2 TB at the store today !!!

EDIT 1: before i move any files to the drive, it worked fine and found a blank HD in my FSD file manager. as soon as i put a game on it, and just before FSD loads. the system goes into "system error" mode, in many languages. and the middle light turns red! i removed the HD, the XBOX is fine, not bricked. i connected the HD after booting up, FSD didn't see it. reloaded FSD. it sees it now. but can't get the XBOX to boot up with the HD connected! i'll keep trying and update on this thread. Thanks a lot. This worked, i first used EaseUS Partition Master 10.2, didn't work. did a lot of research. many said it won't work until i found your reply. for those who try using guiformat and get an error that file is in use. use this http://www.filehippo.com/download_unlocker/, you will find it used by some apps including explore.exe. just unlock all and proceed with the format. Good luck all. mine worked.

I don't understand how some people got it to work while other coulnd't i got an API key from the website. it's 39 characters. FSD only lets me type in 30 characters. how do i fix that? thanks.

how does that work though? in GOD. u have ur game in a folder example: 436292/000D0000/ i put the DLC in 436292/00000000002 for example. but in extracted, that same game would either be 10 thousand files in many subdirectories, or just a few files and a few directories. no real folder structure followed, here is an example of a game i have right now: Just Dance 2014: the Game: Extracted files : there is a folder called USB0:/Just Dance 2014/UplayMedia/theme with files in it. then more files in the main folder USB0:/Just Dance 2014/*.* The DLC: i have it in GOD format: /555308C1/00000002/ if i had a GOD just dance 2014. it would look like this: /555308C1/000D000 and i would simply add the 0000002 to the game folder. not sure where to copy the DLC to in the extracted ISO version. what i haven't tested, is ignore the fact that my game is in my external USB as an extracted ISO. put the DLC in my content folder like u said: HDD:Content0000000000000000/555308C1/00000002/ tested and hope it works
