The building method is always the same, coz the building routine is evermore XeBuild. Maybe a bad block could couse your problem. Had your flashing programm reported bad blocks in the past ?

Your Xbox 360 is still able to boot in Xell ? In Xell you can dump your nand over PC Webbrowser.

The most mobile provider allocate private IPs for the customers. But if you want forwards´ ports you need a public IP. Its available in some expensive, or special contracts.

A mobile connection is bad. In most cases you cant forward ports.

DMZ Should work. If a device is moved in dmz, its the same like your device stands outside of a firewall. All ports are reachable. What kind of internet connection (DSL, cable, mobile) did you use ?

Move your Xbox 360 in router dmz and see what happends. Try other ports like 3072, 3074 and so on.

If your USB Stick is formated in FAT32, the console should recognizes the Usb Stick. If not try another usb ports or usb stick. Another way to dump your console image is over Xell (if your console is booting furthermore in Xell). You have to connect your console with your computer over Lan.

If you have any Image Backups, build a new RGH v2. Image (17544) and flash it. First step is to dump your console image. You need only a USB Stick and Swizzys simple Nand flasher. If bad blocks are existing in your (nand) Image, the simple nand flasher should reporting it.

You have tried to hold the right shoulder button if the console boot up, to get into nxe (original) Dashboard ?

The first bootloader is stored in CPU (ROM).Other are stored in Nand.

You cant JTAG a Xbox Slim because all Slims are manufactured with new Bootloader that isnt JTAG-able. If your Slim isnt a Winchester Board you can RGH`ed your Xbox.

Xbox 360 cant read ISO files (except Optical drive emulators). The 360 can already handle games in GOD format.

Like I said " thousand time" you cant use retail dashboards, or pre build Dashboard Images from other consoles. You have to build your own Dashboard with the CPU Key from your own console. Otherwise you brick your own console. There is no other way.

All original XeBuild GUI version from the beginning version 1.0 from December 2011 are supporting 7371 (only stock Dashboard) as lowest Dashboard. Like I said you have to add the 6771 Files.
