Aurora clears all TU's for a game before launching and then applies the selected TU. This should fix the TU0 issue that we had in FSD3

Actually, I'm working in a new Skin, Aurora Deep Blue, for version 0.3b. It's based on the normal skin, and gives you a high contrast black,grey and blue. I'm solving some issues now, and i hope to release it in a couple of days...

Yes, it always has.

I saw the Aurora 0.3b video on the home page and now I know what the normal loading procedure would look like. Therefore, I would like to specify my previous problem: it is in fact the scanning of the Cache folder that takes 15 seconds or so on its own, while in your video this step is executed almost immediately. Any idea what can be done about this? Should I alter my Cache somehow? Thanks in advance MaesterRowen!

4 title updates, all for GTA5, so i dont think its the title updates,

When it loads it looks like its rebuilding the database,

and auto scan is off.

the first couple hundred games load pretty fast, but the further it goes the slower it go's.

714 games.... around what number does it start to slow down ?

You may want to try downgrading from 16767 to 16747 as 16747 is the latest OFFICIAL build supported and the unofficial build is known to cause issues for many people. Once you have done thank make sure you also have the latest OFFICIAL version of dashlaunch installed along with your avatar data.

If issues continue and all tests are coming back clean in your LiNK Test area of settings I would want to make sure that you have a static IP set  for your Xbox n your routers settings.

After attempting my suggestions please come back and let us know how it went.

Swizzy is it possible to have an option to run a FTP server in background while in a game or app?  I realize this would affect performance (especially on Link), but it could still be a nice option to be FTP'ing some content while playing a simple game or app.  The background ftp server option could be made to turn on only when selected by user, so that it doesn't auto start and steal RAM when you don't want.  It could maybe use the freestyle plugin's memory space, like the user could run the background ftp server plugin or freestyle plugin (not both).

There is a dashlaunch plugin for this already.

I dont understand why people download TUs for every single game in their library.... even games they never play.....
 

This is the cause of the longer boot times as it does scan and backup new TUs on launch

In my habit of playing through games, I tend to play a game frantically until I have finished it. And as such I just wanted to suggest a feature to Aurora, that when you start aurora it either displays the last game played (in the list), or have a hot key to launch last played game. Would that be possible?

Already possible, check your sort options:

At games list press B for View

Go to Sort order and set sort to Recent Activity

They are working on converting most if not all of their trainers to work with Aurora, you should see about 100 or so more added to that list very shortly.

Any chance we can add an option for Fan Control and a way to display categories separately?  ie:  toggle switch between XBLA, HOMEBREW, XBOX 360 games, etc?

Fan speed control will never come as it is a bad way to manage temps on your console, use Dashlaunch to set temp thresholds.

You can already sort using the filters ( press B )

Did you decide to implement Sound(effects) just like in FSD yet or do you think, it is a disadvantage in efficiency?

Sounds to me as you need to set a static IP for you xbo in your routers settings.
