Ayone interested in COD 2 ? i can't find players

Hi all and thanks for this great work. I have an aracade game room in tunisia with 8 xbox connected, i want to host locally a Link Server so pepole can play locally because internet in tunisia is very bad. Will that be someday possible? is it open source or not ? Thank
