  1. I finally solved this by changing my modem/router (given by my isp) with a generic one (Fritz Box 4530). Things work perfect now. Still don't know what went wrong with the old one, because I've been doing port forwarding for ages and never got a problem. Thank you all for the support!
  2. Thank you for the suggestion, just tried but exact same problem..
  3. Hello, I'm new to the forum. I know that there are a lot of topics about this but I still haven't found the solution. I'll try to explain as much detailed as possible my problem. I have an xbox slim trinity updated to the latest dashboard, also dashlaunch and aurora are up to date. Dashlaunch has no plugin loaded. On Nova module I pass all poits except for UpNp because my router is not capable of. My xbox is connected to the modem through wifi, IP is reserved and same every time. I port-forwarded ports from 10 to 10000 just in case (link ports pass with no issue). I also tried to open ALL ports but nothing changed, still was not able to connect to others and sometimes to my friend. My connection is ~80Mb/s down and 20Mb/s up, 8-10ms ping on speedtest.net, so not a bad connection. Now I get to the point: I sometimes try to play on LiNK with a friend of mine on CoD 5 or Black Ops 2 and it does not work very often. By saying that I mean that if I create the game he's not able to connect / the game does not show up and the same happens to me. But when it works it works with no problem at all. We live in the same city, we have the same settings but different modem and different ISP (my friend's connection is worse than mine). On Black Ops 2 I'm not able to join ANY game ("Unable to join game session" error) except for games created by my friend (sometimes). Btw, he can join almost all other games. An interesting thing is that when he's not able to join my game, if I create a game people can still join my lobby, so it's not a "visibility" problem. Pingpatch is enabled. Yesterday evening, for example, we created a game just for testing at around 22pm and it worked. We tried to play again after one hour and it did not work. We rebooted our consoles, I rebooted my router, and then after some time my friend managed to connect to my lobby (but not right after the reboots). After one hour of playing we switched from BO2 to CoD 5 and we have not been able to connect to each other. I've read that someone solved this by installing the avatar update but avatars are correctly showing up on the original dash. On Computer I often host different game servers and my friends are always able to connect with no issue. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to explain the situation at my best. I'm really getting mad about this because of its randomness: no settings are changed between moments when it works or when it does not. Thank you very much, every suggestion is well accepted! Happy Easter!
