Where is your skin?

Hi! I would like to have a skin with system sounds if it could be available on this page. If it isn't how can I create a skin with system sounds? I am curious.. I have got xzp tool for create or extract skins. System sounds=if I move with the controller to one menu it could sign with a "tick" sound for example. Thanks for your answer(s)!
