Are you using the correct xdbm.xex plugin? I had the same issue but after installing the correct xdbm.xex file it fixed it. Liveblock/Livestrong should be disabled in Dashlaunch, the only time that becomes enabled is when you connect to a stealth server and that stealth server will do it for you.
