Aurora is downloading the disk covers etc but it's not downloading the screenshots/previews, trailers of the games, I changed the region too but it's still not downloading, what should I do?

Hi, whenever I try to login to my account on the XboxUnity website, it says "Login failed", I don't think I received the confirmation email on my email address, (I tried to find it), can you please check if my account is verified, I received the new password when I clicked on "Forgot Password", but I still can't login with the new password.
