so i turn on my console and 3 blinking GREEN lights apeared, one in the middle is not blinking, but console wont boot.... any help?

So i installed update, everything was fine, tryed turning it on, but console won't boot up. tryed everything.. any help here?

Updated to Dash Launch 3.09 and Xbox360 isn't booting
