A little late in reporting this, but better late than never I suppose. Thanks to the hard work of mysis, eussNL and all involved with ps3devwiki we can now run PS2 originals on any PS3! Keep in mind this is only the software emulator that was introduced in 2.60. While It's still a bit buggy, the compatibility list is growing steadily ( http://www.ps3devwik...ion#PS2.2FPStwo ).
