I found the issue. While I had the livestrong = false, I had apparently set blocking in my router for my 360 and I guess something changed when switching to Unity and things were being blocked. All seems back to normal again.

I haven't used my machine in a few months since jqe360 became Unity and have noticed I am now unable to check for title updates from within FSD. Did the change to the new unity website kill that functionality or are the requests still being forwarded?
