I am trying to translate Bangla Language Bangla-Bangladesh (bn-BD). But after compiling I am getting some square text. please help

This means that the font don't support those characters, you'll need a custom skin with a different font in order to use your translation

Thanks for your replay. I have started to make a skin. but why don't you install some default font which have more unicode range  like code2000, DejaVuSans etc.

You'd have to ask the developers, but, they like SegoeUi... and, adding full Unicode fonts means the skin becomes ALOT bigger for very little gain for the majority of the users...
