[Q] Aurora 4.0b configuration

Recommended Posts

Hi I want to run aurora from pendrive. I have made 3 files in the root folder. There is lauch, looking like that:

Default = Usb:\Aurora\Aurora.xex

xhttp=true
livestrong=false
pingpatch=true

Then I have Aurora folder containing Aurora files and content/0000000000000000.

Now it boots and works. I set path and can run GW3 no problemo. My problems are:

1. Is that everything that needs to be there? Is the structure right?

2. I copied my profile to content/0000000000000000 from same hdd dir. But I can't log in on it. It only shows ones saved in MU. Is there a way to do log in to a profile saved on a pendrive?

3. Can I save TU to pendrive. RIght now it just say cant do try later.

4. After turning off console it doesn't turn off instantly but flashes green diode for a while and goes down. How do I set it up do turn off imidiately. I have cloud game saving turned off allready.

1. Yes, that's all you need... the other settings are set to their default values

2. That's because the Xbox 360 Dashboard don't read from FAT32 devices, you have to make a USBMU for the profile(s) and game save(s) (format the device in the dashboard, be aware tho that you have to keep atleast 500MB free for Aurora to function properly with most setups, less is possible, but the more the better ;)

3. Yes, if you create a USBMU...

4. Make sure "background downloads" is disabled in the Xbox 360 Dashboard ;)

TU's are game updates, they patch the game data before the game starts :)
